I grew up believing that taking care of others was a craft in its own right.

With a Master's in Luxury Management & Marketing from EMLyon, I started at Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme, then moved to Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Méditerranée.

I spent the next five years at Silversquare, accross the Venue Experience, through the 10 sites in Belgium.

Alongside that, I trained just as seriously in yoga, face yoga, massage therapy and lymphatic drainage. Not as a career change, but as the same obsession applied at a different scale: what makes someone feel truly taken care of, whether they're walking through your lobby or lying on a table.

That's what I bring to properties today. Not theory borrowed from hospitality, and not wellness borrowed from a spa brochure. Both, from someone who has actually done the work on both sides.
