Deep Tissue

Tight, sore, or stuck in your own body? Firm, focused pressure that goes straight to what's tight and stuck. Not relaxing in the soft sense, relaxing in the sense that something finally releases.

Best for: back and shoulder tension, desk-bound bodies, stress that's settled into your muscles rather than your mind.

One hour, €80. Add face and scalp for a full release, 15 extra minutes, €20.

Once a month keeps tension from building back up. Twice a month if your body carries a lot.
